**Position
- Procurement Assistant**

**Experience-1 to 5 years**

**Qualification
- Engineering is Preferable**

**Must be good at excel**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and discuss terms and conditions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and quality.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare and organize documents for procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive supplier database.
- **Purchase Order Processing**:

- Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions and ensure all relevant details are accurate.
- Track and monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Work closely with other departments to verify specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
- **Budget Monitoring**:

- Collaborate with the finance department to track expenditures and ensure procurement activities align with the budget.
- Assist in the preparation of reports detailing procurement expenses and trends.

**Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project managers, to understand their procurement needs.
- Provide timely updates on the status of procurement activities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
