- Develop and manage marketing strategies for yarn.
- Build strong relationships with Karur-based home têxtile exporters and their decision-makers.
- Secure appointments with exporter owners and maintain ongoing business dialogues.
- Collaborate with product development and design teams to create market-relevant samples.
- Support sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Ensure timely delivery of new samplings to meet the Heimtêxtil exhibition timeline.
- Regularly report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Textiles, Marketing,.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in a home têxtile export-based organization in Karur.
- Proven track record in product development, designing, or sales.
- Strong network and credibility with Karur-based exporter owners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset. Desired Attributes
