**Roles and Responsibilities / Scope of Work**
- 6 work days ( Sunday fixed off) per week to involve demo sessions/training
- Work window
- 3-4 productive hours within the work window 9 AM to 3 PM
- Meet school management to discuss and explain programs
- Conduct workshops to demonstrate programs such as School Cinema to the schools
- Help to train the teachers in the school to implement the program effectively
- Visit schools to observe how schools are implementing the program in the classroom real time

**Ideal MARS PARTNER**:

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience within customer conversations
- Have strong presentation and coordination skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - ENGLISH AND HINDI, any additional language is a bonus
- Should be adaptive to use internal tools
- Available to work remotely
- Has a laptop, high-speed Internet & backup at place of work

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
