**Job Summary**
Position: Accounts Executive
We are involved in Accounts Operations in our factory in Budhia Steel, Vkia, Road no 18, Jaipur
Working on: Tally Prime
Location: 97-98, Akera Dunger, Rd Number 18, Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302013
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. **Prepare tax provisions** schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company's tax database. Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings. Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits.

3. Check bills, reports, weighment slips
4. Proven experience in Accounting on a daily basis.

5.Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Online accounting software(QuickBooks), Microsoft Office.

6. Good understanding of TDS deduction, GST Compliances, PF & ESIC.
7. Remain in close communication with other departments to comprehend their needs and specifications.
8. PO Creation, Vendor payments management, reconciliations and preparation of reports for statutory assessments & management.
9. Ability to multi-task and handle work-pressure efficiently.
10. A team player with outstanding communication.
**Key Skills**

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Bachelors Degree
Work experience of minimum 1 years on any system Tally.
