**1. Front Desk Management**
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
**2. Administrative Support**
- Prepare and issue staff ID cards.
- Store and manage complete employee data (soft and hard copies).
- Maintain updated records of employee attendance, leaves, and other HR data.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by providing them with necessary documentation and information.
**3. Coordination and Record Keeping**
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, job roles, and department assignment.
- Distribute workers' details to respective departments or sectors
**4. General Office Support**
- Support the HR/Admin team in daily operations.
- Provide assistance during office events or staff gatherings.
- Handle courier and mail services.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Shift Timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Fixed shift
Sunday Week off
Salary - Based on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
