**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research current and forecasted fashion trends in ethnic and western women’s wear.
- Design collections including **kurtis, suits, dresses, fusion wear**, and more.
- Create mood boards, hand-drawn sketches, and digital renderings.
- Select fabrics, trims, embroidery techniques, and detailing materials.
- Work closely with the **sampling and production teams** to translate ideas into high-quality garments.
- Coordinate with **vendors and artisans** for custom detailing such as embroidery, printing, and dyeing.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary design alterations.
- Ensure product quality, fit, and finish aligns with premium standards.
- Track timelines and oversee the on-schedule launch of collections.
- Analyze competitor collections and consumer trends for market adaptability.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design** (preferably from **NIFT**).
- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in designing ethnic and western wear.
- Solid understanding of **fabric types, surface techniques, and pattern making**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDraw**.
- Strong sketching and visualization skills (both manual and digital).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and team coordination abilities.

**Preferred Skills**
- Exposure to **sustainable fashion** principles and practices.
- Experience working with **luxury ethnic wear or high-street fashion brands**.
- Understanding of **market segmentation** and consumer behavior in fashion retail.

**Application Process**

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
