- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections
- Establishing a positive rapport with all customers via call
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
- Self motivation to work independently and with strong work ethics
- Ability to work in a team, and adopt to new and evolving processes
- Gather feedbacks from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- **Experience is mandatory in operations and travel agents B2B query handling
- preferably from Destination Management Companies/Tour and Travel Industries.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
