We are currently seeking a highly talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team. As a Motion
Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing visually captivating designs, character animations, and illustrations that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience. We are looking for an individual with exceptional skills in motion graphics, animation, and illustration, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a high level of creativity.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning motion graphics and character animations for various digital platforms, including videos, social media content, websites, and presentations.
- Develop and execute creative concepts, storyboards, and visual designs that align with project objectives and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, and content creators, to understand project requirements and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
- Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop,

Illustrator), to create and manipulate graphics, animations, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with video editors to seamlessly integrate animations and illustrations into video projects, ensuring a cohesive and engaging final product.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating them into your work to maintain a fresh and modern visual style.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity through consistent and visually appealing design choices.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in motion design, character animation, and illustration techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in these areas.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
- Intermediate understanding of 3d would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design ideas and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to overcome design challenges.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
