**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee all administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the school, including managing records and maintaining databases.
- Assist the School Principal and Management with various administrative tasks to optimize school efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with education laws, accreditation standards, and all relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and other educational stakeholders to support school initiatives and student success.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for students, staff, and the school community.
- Safety and Security:
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety of students and staff.
- Monitor school facilities and transportation to maintain security and efficient operations.
- Facilities and Transport Management:
- Oversee the transportation management for students, ensuring their timely and safe arrival at school.
- Manage school facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and conducive to learning.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and assist in the execution of school events, programs, and meetings.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and support initiatives to improve administrative processes and enhance the quality of education at the school.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6+ years of experience in school administration, with experience in schools with 500+ student enrollment preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in school management software and database management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
