**About the role**:

- As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on various cutting-edge data analytics and machine learning problems across various industries. Seamlessly switch between roles of an Individual Contributor, team member, and data science manager as demanded by each project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and contribute to developing sophisticated machine learning models, especially in Computer vision.
- Evaluate / Assimilate cutting-edge developments in computer vision to provide solutions to business problems
- Build and maintain high-competency Data science teams specializing in Computer vision
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for analytics-driven

solutions, and communicate findings clearly and promptly.
- Take ownership of end-to-end model development, from problem definition and data exploration to model

training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business

stakeholders, to integrate computer vision solutions into business processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science, bringing innovative

ideas to the team and contributing to continuous improvement.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience with atleast 3+ years of leading a team
- Expert-level Python skills and hands-on model development experience for Regression, Classification and computer vision-related tasks.
- Proficient in Computer vision with hands-on experience in Object detection, Image classification, Image processing, etc, with 6+ years of experience.
- Best practices in deploying computer vision models in a production environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python packages such as Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas etc. Adept at

Developing computer vision models utilizing Pytorch Keras per requirement
- Experience with Hyperscalars such as AWS, GCP and Azure
- Should have demonstrated competence in Team and project management
- Should have played a major role in at least three computer vision projects
- Strong communication skills with experience in collaborating with client and different stakeholders in an

organization
- Software engineering and product development experience is a plus
- Publications and Opensource contributions are strongly recommended.
