We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Interior Site Supervisor** to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards, safety regulations, and budgetary guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision & Execution**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior works, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, ceiling, and finishing.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager/Management.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants for smooth execution.
- Act as a point of contact between the client and site team.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- **Quality & Safety Control**:

- Ensure all work meets the required quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety rules and regulations at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- **Resource & Material Management**:

- Plan and manage manpower allocation and workflow.
- Track and verify materials delivered to the site and ensure proper storage.
- Raise material requests in advance to avoid work stoppage.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, attendance, and work permits.
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets and verifying contractor bills.
- Report delays, variations, or site issues to management on time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
