Handyman - Construction

Perform general repair and maintenance tasks at construction sites.
- Carry out minor masonry, plastering, painting, gypsum, form works, shuttering support works, minor MEP rectifications work when needed.
- Assist in inspecting subcontractor works at project sites.
- Assist in basic snag rectifications.
- Support the project team by performing light construction tasks and general site upkeep.
- Assist in material movement, equipment handling, and small installations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and clean condition.
- Follow all site safety rules and client instructions.
- Coordinate with other helpers / subcontractors for housekeeping activities at Site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a handyman or general worker in construction.
- Basic skills in masonry, painting, carpentry, gypsum fixing, formworks and shuttering, minor MEP related works.
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures on construction sites.
- Knowledge in reading and understanding construction drawings will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
