Site Supervisor

Looking for engineering Graduate required for working in Construction Company based in Madhya Pradesh having Government building projects in various locations.

**Project type**:Government building projects like Offices, High Rise Residential Building, Public Buildings, Mass Structure, Hospitals, Institutions, Renovate Heritage Buildings etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the work of labours and give them guidance.
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Oversee construction contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Effectively contribute in the team meeting.
- Maintain good working relationship with skilled/semi-skilled workers and Department Engineers.
- Promptly maintain Daily Site Register for the assigned task.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, progress reports, and compliance records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
