We are looking for an experienced Editor to join us.

Position: Editor

Working days: Monday -Friday

Experience : 2-5 years

Salary Range: 30000 to 50000/
- Your ultimate goal will be to provide exceptional, informative, and appealing content to attract our targeted audience and build customer loyalty.

As the Editor, you will demonstrate a good eye for detail and know-how to manage all the moving parts of a publication.
- The incumbent will be reporting to the Director-Print / Group Managing Editor.
- Design the contents of client publications based on the company’s publication's style, editorial policy, and publishing specifications.
- Planning and executing content for client newsletters.
- Establish the publication standards and goals.
- Research and authenticate facts, dates, and statistics.
- Evaluate and approve design proofs prior to publication production.
- Recommend stories and produce headline ideas to attract relevant target audience.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, freelance writers, sales division and clients.
- Liaising and coordinating with PR agencies and brands
- Liaising with sales / business development teams, updating them on industry trends and helping them with useful leads and opportunities.
- Supervise writers, reporters, and designers.
- Create the final pagination for magazine production.
- Meet tight deadlines and monitor budgets.
- Proofread and edit stories.

Location: Mumbai-based

Qualification: BMM (Journalism), B.A. or M.A. English Literature / Mass Communication / PG in Journalism.

Experience: 2-5 years work experience in a magazine publication house
