**JOB BRIEF**

To manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

**1. **Greeting Visitors

**2. **Maintaining the reception Area

**3. **Perform administrative duties

**4. **Answer Phone Call

**5. **Managing meeting room availability

**6. **Maintain office Directories to different Departments

**7. **Helps in office work

**EDUCATION**

**A. Minimum Education:

- Diploma /Graduation**

**EXPERIENCE**

**A. Minimum Experience:

- **Freshers & Experienced Both
