As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to enhance our brand visibility, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads through various online channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Create, manage, and analyze social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content for our digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,600.00 per month
