**Company Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to manage our social media accounts and support clients’ social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:

- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook, for the company and clients.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely posting.

**Content Creation**:

- Design engaging reels and posts using Canva.
- Create content that aligns with brand identity and client requirements.
- Write compelling captions and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.

**Scheduling & Posting**:

- Post content as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor and update posts as needed to ensure optimal performance.

**Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly.
- Foster community engagement and build brand loyalty.

**Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers for collaborations and partnerships.
- Coordinate campaigns, including negotiations, content approvals, and tracking deliverables.
- Monitor influencer posts and report on the impact of collaborations.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track the performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to improve strategies.

**Trend Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Incorporate trending elements to enhance client campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about social media and experienced in using Instagram and Facebook.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing social media content.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Prior experience in social media management is a plus.
