The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the billing process efficiently within the freight forwarding company. This role involves handling invoicing, ensuring accuracy in billing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Send bills to customers in a timely manner.
- Book expenses to various vendors and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate payment details with vendors and ensure payments are processed efficiently.
- Assist in opening vendor accounts and maintaining vendor records.
- Enter payments into the accounting system accurately.
- Provide support to senior staff in various functions including banking and accounting tasks.
- Upload payments to the bank system for processing.
- Prepare and send monthly reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounting roles, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
