**Position Overview: As a Social Media Assistant at GSR Group, you will play a pivotal role in**

**managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Twitter,**

**Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing**

**performance metrics, and improving our Online Reputation Management (ORM) score by**

**monitoring and responding to online feedback.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:
**Develop and curate engaging content that aligns with Airportzo's brand**

**identity and goals.**

**Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to enhance posts.**

**2. Social Media Management**:
**Maintain and update Airportzo's profiles on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and**

**LinkedIn.**

**Schedule and publish posts regularly to ensure a consistent online presence.**

**Monitor comments, messages, mentions, responding promptly &**

**professionally.**

**3. Analytics and Reporting**:
**Track key social media metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, followers) to**

**measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.**

**Generate regular reports on social media performance, identifying areas for**

**improvement.**

**Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize content strategies.**

**4. Online Reputation Management (ORM)**:
**Monitor and assess Airportzo's online reputation across social media**

**platforms.**

**Identify and address customer feedback, reviews, and complaints in a**

**proactive and positive manner.**

**Develop strategies to improve ORM scores and maintain a positive online**

**image.**

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree in MarCom, or a related field preferred.**

**Strong knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.**

**Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.**

**Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.**

**Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.**

**Passion for travel and airports is a bonus.**

**ORM Score**:
**To calculate each GSR Group companies’ ORM score, consider factors such as**:
**Number of positive vs. negative online mentions.**

**Response time to customer inquiries and feedback.**

**Average star ratings and reviews on relevant platforms.**

**Engagement levels (likes, shares, comments) on social media posts.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
