**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Design**:

- Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design static and dynamic posts, banners, stories, and advertisements that align with our brand identity.
- Develop templates for regular social media content and campaigns to ensure consistency in design.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Add effects, transitions, text overlays, and audio to create polished and professional videos.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure video content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- **Photoshop & Canva Expertise**:

- Use **Photoshop** to create and edit high-quality images, graphics, and visuals for social media and digital marketing.
- Leverage **Canva** to design quick, creative, and visually appealing content, ensuring it meets brand standards.
- **Brand Consistency & Innovation**:

- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually innovate and improve design output.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to ensure designs meet expectations and project goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content and video editing.
- Proven experience creating social media posts, videos, and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in **Adobe Photoshop** for image editing, retouching, and creating visuals.
- Strong knowledge of **Canva** for designing quick, engaging, and professional-looking graphics.
- Experience with **video editing software** (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing tools).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
- Ability to create content that aligns with brand identity and engages target audiences.
