Job Title: Architect/ Interior Designer

Location: Delhi

Work Schedule: Full-Time (Mon to Fri)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings for interior and architectural projects using AutoCAD and rendering software.
- Present design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
- Source materials, finishes, and furnishings with a focus on quality and modern luxury.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with design plans.
- Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to maintain design consistency and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into design solutions.
- Maintain organized and accessible project documentation, ensuring accurate communication and workflow management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in architectural or interior design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Experience with material sourcing, vendor coordination, and project execution.
- Strong technical skills in creating detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations.
- Knowledge of construction materials, modern design trends, and luxury finishes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to site visits and project coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
