**Job Title**: Accounts cum Admin

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting**:

- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately using accounting software.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

**2. Administration**:

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and services.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**3. Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication between different departments within the organization.

**4. Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations related to accounting and administration.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Proven experience in accounting and administration roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance related to accounting and administration.
