**What We’re Looking For**:
Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency (mandatory).

A keen interest in IT recruitment and learning the processes of sourcing, screening, and marketing IT consultants.

Basic understanding of or willingness to learn about US Tax terms and visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, etc.).

A proactive, results-driven approach with a desire to build relationships and grow in the recruitment field.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
