**Position Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting business data to help the management make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting, data analysis, and system management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, compile, and maintain accurate business data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports on business performance.
- Design, develop, and manage MIS reports and dashboards.
- Ensure the timely submission of reports as per the company's reporting calendar.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies and ensure data integrity.
- Provide support in forecasting, trend analysis, and decision-making processes.
- **System Maintenance & Support**:

- Maintain and update the internal MIS system and databases.
- Ensure smooth operation of all reporting systems and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams for any system upgrades or issues.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in reporting processes and implement solutions.
- Streamline data collection and reporting procedures to ensure efficiency.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with department heads to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Communicate findings and reports to management, highlighting key metrics.
- Provide training and support to staff on data entry and reporting requirements.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Prior experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in Logistics or Ecommerce.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros).
- Proficient in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data in an understandable format for non-technical audiences.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
