**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Identify and source reliable suppliers for raw materials and packaging materials based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage and cost savings.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier evaluations to assess quality, reliability, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to address material-related issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and packaging materials while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Develop and implement inventory control measures to track material usage, monitor stock levels, and identify opportunities for inventory optimization.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to material procurement, including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,127.51 - ₹35,801.46 per month
