**Position Overview**:
We are seeking for the position of Photographer at NandiniWest, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for capturing stunning, high-quality images of our products. Your role will contribute to enhancing our visual branding, attracting customers, and driving sales by showcasing our products in the best possible light. You will use your creative skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail to create compelling product imagery that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography Sessions**: Plan and execute product photography sessions, focusing on capturing the features, details, and unique qualities of each product.

Work with the creative team to understand product photography requirements, including style, lighting, and composition.
- **Product Presentation**:Arrange and style products to create visually appealing compositions that highlight their key attributes.

Experiment with various backgrounds, props, and lighting setups to achieve the desired visual effect.
- **Image Editing and Retouching**:Edit and retouch product images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance colour accuracy, clarity, and overall visual appeal.

Ensure consistency in post-processing techniques and maintain a cohesive look across all product images.
- **Quality Control**:Review and assess product images to ensure they meet quality standards, including sharpness, exposure, and colour accuracy.

Identify and rectify any imperfections or flaws in the images.
- **Asset Management**:Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of product images, categorizing them for easy retrieval and usage by various teams.

Ensure proper naming conventions and metadata are applied to images for efficient organization.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team, designers, and marketing professionals to ensure product imagery aligns with promotional and branding efforts.

Participate in creative discussions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate the visual presentation of products.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure all photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories, are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.

Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during photography sessions and seek timely solutions.
- **Research and Innovation**:Stay informed about industry trends, emerging techniques, and best practices in product photography to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- A portfolio showcasing your proficiency in photography and your ability to highlight product features effectively.
- 12th/ Bachelors / Masters Degree
- Proficiency in using professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
- Experience with image editing and retouching software (Adobe Photoshop, Light Room) for post-production work.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and correcting image imperfections.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and catalog a large volume of product images.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or commercial product photography is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
