We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Service Assistant to join our dynamic team at a leading medical equipment manufacturing company.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Engineering or relevant technical certification.
- Freshers may apply
- Strong technical aptitude with an interest in medical equipment and technology.
- Ability to perform electrical and plumbing tasks related to equipment installation and maintenance.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow technical instructions and protocols.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the servicing and maintenance of medical devices, performing routine checks and repairs as needed to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Assist senior staff for on-site visits, providing assistance during equipment installations, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, and documenting installations,maintenance procedures, and servicing schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of new equipment and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
