**Working hours**: 7:45am - 3:30pm(Monday to Saturday)

**Experience **:Around 1- 3 years as a librarian in a reputed school

i. Good Relevant Experience.

ii. Good communication skills.

iii. Good command over English Language.

iv. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assists in maintaining an organized and up-to-date catalogue and circulation system.
- Helps students and faculty locate materials.
- Collects replacement costs for lost and damaged items.
- Shelves materials and makes sure items are maintained in the correct order.
- Keeps statistical records on usage, circulation, etc.
- Notifies students when reserved books are available.
- Supervises and executes automated inventory.
- Monitors students while using the library.
- Helps to maintain a friendly and helpful atmosphere for students and faculty.
- Keeps the library organized, clean, neat, and welcoming to visitors.
- Prepares bulletin boards and displays on a regular basis.
- Assists with special projects and programs.
- Maintain library records and ensure it is updated.
- Perform regular audits of the information and inventory on files.
- Educate on how to properly search for information using the library databases.
- Oversees the check-out process for books and other resource materials.
- Clarify the use of library amenities and provide information about library policies.
- Make sure the library meets the need of precise groups of users.
- Sorting and shelving books.
- Buying and cataloging new materials.
- Maintaining records and sending overdue notices.
- Checking ins and outs of various library materials, with excellent IT skills and knowledge of library databases.
- Maintaining online soft copies of books and sending it to students virtually.
