Dyeing Supervisor

Key Deliverables: A) All dried lot receipts kept in serial, should be checked in every morning with yarn lee B ) During the delivery of Charge to the Operator, the following discussions are necessary related dyeing C) Machine number running condition. D) Yarn loading condition Dyes & Chemical E) Receipt Confirmation F) Machines Programme Issue G) Water & Steam Issue H) Dyeing manpower issue i) All the dyes & chemicals consumed, should be under your supervision ii) Every details regarding breakdowns (related to power & machine ) must be mentioned in the Log Book. iii) Any Operator if by passes the programme to other, must inform to the seniors. iv) Any lot not found in the dyeing area mentioned in the job sheet or & any lot if found with anyone, not mentioned in the job sheet - will be treated as a punishable offence. v) Please maintain the timing of machine according to programme. vi) To check the Machine position & Log book. vii) You should have Knowledge of any materials lying on Floor viii) You should have knowledge of loaded material in carriers ix) You should have knowledge of Hydro & RF drier programme for his shift. x) To organize planning & programmes for the shift and advise loading & unloading to helpers. xi) To check the hardness of soft water xii) Before recipe making you should ensure that recipe is same as the last lot.
