Computer operators work in electronic computer and peripheral data processing equipment tracking and testing in accordance with organizational orders, business, science, engineering, and other data. **Responsibilities**

**Monitor Work of **Data Entry Operator**:The computer operator has to monitor the work of data entry operators and help them to coordinate their work accurately and timely to the company. The computer operator maintains operations by monitoring errors and making adjustments.
- **Confidentiality Of Data **:It is the responsibility of the computer operator to maintain the security and confidentiality of data of the company. So, a computer operator needs to understand the requirements of the company and data flow and secure the data maintained by the information services.
- **Time Management **:A computer operator needs to maintain the timeline and fulfill the work as desired by the company
- **Planning **:Proper planning needs to be followed by the computer operator so that within less effort more work can be fulfilled.

**Requirements and skills**
- Comprehension reading - Comprehension of printed words and lines of working texts.
- Active listening - Take proper note of what others say, take time to hear what they say, bring questions, and not disturb them at improper moments.
- Talk - Speak to others in order to accurately share knowledge.
- Critical Thinking - To recognize the positives and the disadvantages of possible solutions, assumptions, or responses to problems using logic and reasoning.
- Prepares compiles and sorts document for data entry maintain the timing system & Protect Imp. Information.
- To prepare M.I.S Reports in to do assigned tasks. And must have good command of MS Excel + pivot table +Formulas.
- Coordination with Buyers & Supplies with Complete follow up & Report to reporting Authority.
