**Position Description**

Reference Data Analyst in Client Account Management (CAM) within Client LifeCycle Management (CLM)

**Your key responsibilities**
- To perform a process executive role
- To manage work flow queue
- Perform client call back
- Handle & resolve day to issues/escalation
- Work to manage stakeholders

**Your skills and experience**
- Very good verbal communication skill
- Willingness to work in US shift
- To be able to handle pressure on the job
- Hands on experience on MS Office
- Prior knowledge of Loans product

**Experience/Exposure**

Having experience of 0.5 - 1 year
