**Company Overview**

**Role: Store In-charge (Full-time, On-site)**
Location: Budge Budge, Maheshtala

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage overall store operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Maintain and control total inventory (fabric, accessories & ready goods).
- Ensure proper stock records, GRN preparation & reconciliation.
- Oversee material issue/receipt and maintain minimum stock levels.
- Ensure high-quality housekeeping & compliance with audit requirements.
- Coordinate with the quality team for incoming material checks.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain material consumption details.

**Skills & Qualifications**
Proven experience as a Store In-charge.
Strong knowledge of **FIFO inventory management**.
Proficiency in **Excel & MIS reporting**.
Excellent planning, organizational & leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and team management ability.
