Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assess students' individual learning needs and develop customized learning plans accordingly.
- Explain complex concepts clearly and concisely, using appropriate examples and practical exercises.
- Assist students in completing assignments, projects, and exam preparation effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress regularly, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment to encourage student engagement and confidence.
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to address the unique learning challenges of individual students.
- Communicate and collaborate with parents/guardians to update them on the student's progress, discuss concerns, and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with current curriculum requirements and educational trends to ensure effective tutoring sessions.
- Maintain records of tutoring sessions, including student progress, areas of focus, and any relevant observations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a one-on-one setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students of different ages and backgrounds.
- Effective organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver tutoring sessions effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility to tailor teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
- Proficient in using technology and online resources for virtual tutoring sessions.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational practices.

Working Conditions:
The private tutoring sessions may be conducted in-person at the student's location or through virtual platforms. Working hours may vary based on the availability of the student and the tutor's schedule. Flexibility in scheduling and travel may be required depending on the arrangements made with each student.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-12 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
