**Job Title: Draftsperson - MEP Layout**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing and producing precise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) layouts for cutting-edge commercial construction projects. You will work closely with internal teams and other experts to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs, delivering efficient, compliant, and high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Precision-Driven Layouts**: Develop detailed MEP drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- **Interpret and Coordinate**: Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to ensure clarity, cohesion, and proper integration of MEP systems.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Ensure that all MEP designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- **Collaborate for Success**: Work with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design conflicts and guarantee system compatibility.
- **Revise and Improve**: Continuously update and refine drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- **Stay Updated**: Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, standards, and technologies for efficient design.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as an MEP Draftsperson, with a portfolio showcasing successful MEP design layouts.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software for creating high-quality 2D and 3D MEP layouts.
- **Systems Knowledge**: Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and how they integrate into building structures.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to produce precise and detailed designs under tight deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communicator, able to collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.
- **Code Knowledge**: Familiar with MEP codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.

- **Construction Insight**: Understanding of construction practices, materials, and methods.
- **Team Coordination**: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
