Document Preparation: Prepare and organize all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export licenses, shipping labels, and other relevant documents, in accordance with the regulations of the exporting and importing countries.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure that all export documentation complies with the customs regulations and requirements of both the exporting and importing countries. This involves staying updated on changes in customs procedures, tariff codes, and trade agreements.
- Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange transportation for the exported goods. Coordinate the scheduling of shipments and ensure that all necessary documentation accompanies the shipments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about international trade regulations, sanctions, embargoes, and export controls imposed by governmental bodies. Ensure that exports adhere to these regulations and obtain any required licenses or permits.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation, including sales contracts, shipping records, customs declarations, and correspondence with stakeholders. Ensure that records are organized and accessible for audit purposes.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and regulatory agencies to resolve any issues related to export documentation. Provide guidance and assistance to colleagues involved in the export process.
- Quality Assurance: Review export documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform quality checks to minimize errors and discrepancies that could delay shipments or result in penalties.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline export documentation processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in export documentation software and systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,391.35 - ₹35,000.00 per month
