As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored home interior solutions that exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their interior design needs.
- Promote and sell a range of home interior products, including furniture, decor, and customized solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and suggestions to customers on product selection based on their budget, style, and preferences.
- Manage leads and follow up to close sales.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion.
