About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at Unified Sports Management Services Pvt. Ltd., you’ll work across UI/UX, brand identity, presentations, and digital design for multiple verticals. You’ll translate concepts into visually compelling stories for social media, events, sponsorship pitches, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design - Create user-friendly, modern, and visually appealing website and app designs (desktop & mobile)

Presentation Design - Design impactful corporate decks, sponsorship proposals, and event pitch presentations

Social Media & Digital Graphics - Banners, posts, carousels, thumbnails, infographics, reels covers, and GIFs for various platforms

Branding & Guidelines - Develop and maintain brand guidelines for all four brands, ensuring consistency across all channels

Campaign & Event Collateral - Brochures, invites, stage backdrops, standees, event signage, merchandise mockups

Creative Conceptualization - Work closely with marketing, events, and content teams to brainstorm and execute fresh visual ideas

Asset Management - Maintain organized libraries for templates, logos, images, and creative assets

Skills & Tools You Must Master

Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD / Figma

Presentation Tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote

Motion Basics: Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic animations preferred)

UI/UX: Wireframing, prototyping, responsive layouts

Strong typography, color theory, and layout design sense

Eye for detail and design consistency across platforms

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)

A portfolio showcasing UI/UX, digital campaigns, branding, and presentation work

Growth Path

High performers can grow into Senior Designer / Creative Lead roles, handling larger design teams and brand-level creative direction across India and abroad.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
