**Job Profile**

1) Product Paper preparation for new treasury products and ownership of the paper; ensuring full coverage and completeness.
2) Ensuring that new treasury products or variant of the existing treasury products are as per regulatory norms. Keeping track of treasury related regulatory developments and ensuring steps taken for compliance.
3) Review of product papers for existing treasury products and enriching / maintenance of the same as per current processes.
4) Review of process for Client Suitability & Appropriateness for various treasury.
5) Review of disclosures to the client in deal confirmation and other communications.
6) Understanding and documenting existing treasury products and related processes across all departments.
7) Coordinating for improvement in the existing process or implementation of interdepartmental new process as required due to regulatory changes or highlighted by auditors / regulators.

**Eligibility**

1) Experience in relevant profile in a bank or bank Treasury Business for about 8-10 years, experience in derivative products will be preferred.
2) Knowledge of all treasury aspects including product features, valuation / risk monitoring, operational processes, system deal flow, accounting.
3) Well versed with actual dealing practices and hedging mechanism
4) Educational Qualification : Post Graduate / CA / MBA (Finance)
5) Well familiar with treasury related regulations and market practices & developments
6) Good communication skills
