**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
