Job Profile:
1. Understand the Specification coming for customer.

2. Work out the manufacturing sequence

3. Work out manufacturing cycle time.

4. Study and Optimization of existing manufacturing methods.

5. Perform cycle time reduction & manufacturing feasibility study.

6. Work out Efforts (Manhours / Man-days) for the equipment

7. Understand the requirement of different type of resource and check its feasibility (Rolling, Forming, Machining, NDT, etc) and coordinate with different departments to work out feasible solution /resolution.

8. Identify various process improvements in fabrication of pressure vessels.

9. Prepare Weekly /Monthly /6 month horizon load plan for feeder shop considering project schedule, material & resource availability.

10. Ensure 100% full kit availability for manufacturing.

11. Design of critical fixtures & Planning documents as per job requirement.

12. Capture critical data and revise standards as and when required.

13. Monitoring & Review of Actual Progress against plan.

14. Standardize Planning Process, documents & fixtures.

15. Capture close job learnings.
