Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the school curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of primary students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and instructional resources to engage students in active learning and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate students with varying abilities, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including other teachers and support staff, to plan interdisciplinary units, share best practices, and support the overall development of the school.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians through regular meetings, newsletters, and other channels to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current trends and best practices in primary education.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
