Job Title: 3D Modeling and Animator

**Job Description**:
As a 3D Modeling and Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects, including films, video games, advertisements, and architectural visualizations. You will work closely with a team of artists, designers, and developers to bring concepts and ideas to life through the use of 3D software and animation techniques. Your role will involve creating realistic and engaging characters, environments, objects, and special effects that meet project requirements and enhance the overall visual appeal.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with project teams, directors, and designers to understand project objectives, visual concepts, and artistic requirements.

Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials using 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.

Rig and animate 3D models, bringing them to life through realistic movement, expressions, and actions.

Develop and implement character and object animations, including keyframe animation, motion capture integration, and procedural animation techniques.

Collaborate with other artists, such as concept artists and texture artists, to ensure consistency and fidelity in the final output.

Incorporate feedback from project leads and stakeholders, making revisions and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals and deadlines.

Optimize 3D assets for performance and compatibility across different platforms and devices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools in 3D modeling and animation, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual quality and storytelling.

Document workflows, processes, and techniques to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in computer animation, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Proven experience in 3D modeling and animation, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or advertising industries.

Proficiency in 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of anatomy, form, movement, and storytelling principles.

Knowledge of character rigging and skinning techniques to create realistic character animations.

Experience with keyframe animation, motion capture integration, and other animation techniques.

Familiarity with texturing, shading, and lighting techniques to enhance the visual quality of 3D models and scenes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take direction, and incorporate feedback into the creative process.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate artistic concepts and ideas.
