**Skills and Expertise**
- Support provided to client including online product demonstration & online documents.
- Capturing Voice of customer in most efficient ways.
- Maintain the API Document with swagger, testing API with postman & JMeter.
- Work strategically with Product & Sales department for maximizing client engagement.
- Timely & Qualitative Feedback to Product/Sales/Quality Teams.
- Quick alarm & coordination with all stakeholders in-case of any service down.
- Maintaining strategic business relationship with all existing clients, Invoicing & timely payment follow up from big corporate customers.
- Provide timely weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
