**Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Case Management Module Solution Architect**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and architect solutions leveraging MS Dynamics 365 Case Management Module.
- Develop custom functionalities using Power Platform, Microsoft Flows, Canvas Apps, and Power Apps.
- Implement and customize Microsoft DES Service to meet specific project needs.
- Utilize expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and C#.Net to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Integrate Azure services to extend the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Develop SSIS packages for data integration and migration.
- Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, standards, and security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the MS Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Microsoft Flows, Canvas Apps, Power Apps, Microsoft DES Service, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#.Net, Azure, SSIS, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of.Net Framework 4.5, C#, and JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in Azure services and integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: ₹836,425.09 - ₹1,415,638.85 per year
