Heubach Colorants India Limited is looking for Executive Lab IPC to join our team in our Roha site.

**Responsibilities**:
Testing of in-process material, approving quality of in-process material,

Conducting new product lab trails and establish same quality at plant level.

Coordination with different functional heads for standard quality output.

Dealing with the customer complaints and improving the existing system/processes to avoid the future same quality issues.

Training operators/ supervisors with respect the different samples and testing

Ensuring 100 compliance under various Quality Audits.

Properly maintenance of various documentation

Optimization of inprocess material in order to get the finished good quality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree Chemistry.
- 4 -6 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
