**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate lathe machines (manual and/or CNC) to fabricate metal parts and components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Ensure quality standards and tolerances are met consistently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve machining issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a lathe machine operator or turner in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and machine maintenance.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in working with components for analytical or precision instruments.
- Familiarity with CNC lathe machines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
