Maths Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics teacher to join our dynamic team and inspire the next generation of mathematicians. As a Higher Secondary Mathematics teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through advanced mathematical concepts and preparing them for future academic and career endeavors.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive mathematics curricula that align with national and state educational standards.
- **Teaching and Instruction**: Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to higher secondary students, covering a wide range of topics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer appropriate assessments (tests, quizzes, projects) to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide timely feedback to students to support their learning.
- **Student Guidance**: Offer individual guidance and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, ensuring discipline and effective classroom management.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and technological advancements in mathematics education.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall quality of education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the higher secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of advanced mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience using technology in the classroom (e.g., digital tools, online resources).
- Familiarity with various assessment methods and data analysis techniques.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities related to mathematics (e.g., math clubs, competitions).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
