Motivating and developing team members to improve performance. Managing employee performance, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitoring the status of deliveries and shipments. Tracking deliveries and ensuring on-time performance. Managing inventory levels and ensuring sufficient stock for dispatch. Communicating with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods or services. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to deliveries or shipments. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and shipments. Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards. Monitoring driver compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Addressing any safety concerns or issues that arise during transportation or service delivery. Recruiting and hiring dispatch team members. Developing and implementing dispatch procedures and protocols. Analyzing dispatch performance and identifying areas for improvement. Managing and maintaining a highly motivated work environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
