**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop 3D POSM materials such as display units, kiosks, stands, and visual merchandising elements.
- Create detailed 3D models and renders using relevant software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D).
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and retail teams to translate campaign briefs into physical concepts.
- Work closely with vendors and production teams to ensure feasibility, costing, and execution quality.
- Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Research trends and materials to bring innovative solutions to the design process.
- Present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of structural design, materials, and fabrication techniques.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Attention to detail with an eye for retail aesthetics and shopper behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹91,000.00 per month
