We are seeking a confident Telecaller with excellent English communication skills to promote our interior design and real estate services. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our interior and real estate services.
- Understand and address client needs, providing accurate information and recommendations.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with the sales
- Maintain and regularly update the client database and track progress.
- Resolve client queries and provide post-call assistance when necessary.
- Achieve assigned targets in terms of lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Provide feedback and market insights to help improve services and customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication in English; local language skills are a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:
